Margi is probably my favorite character; I'm of the opinion that she's a pretty funny individual. I feel like she's the type of person who you just can't be upset around.

However, she does greatly misunderstand the amazingness and vitality of the bass guitar, and that is not good.

I wish I had a scanner or something, I just drew Margi today and I think it would be cool to post it. However, I can't stand how I can't get much of an expression down, she just kind of looks...like she is thinking or something.

But Margi is a very expressive character, bursting with emotion and energy. I think maybe if there was something in mind I (or you) could draw out an expression better. However, I still like how my drawing turned out.

i entered the art contet (so far the only entry) and i drew 2 margis, 2 karens, and a tak. like tak's expression cuz its a semi-scowl almost, and so i entered tak. and the for lit i had to draw a pic of the devil but not the horns red devil type, so i drew i guy with fire in his eyes and a 666 tattooand his expression was good, it was anevil smirk, but normally expressions are my downfall in drawing.

I was getting annoyed with her eyes, they weren't looking too symmetrical so once I got them down I didn't want to change them so I just kind of stopped there, gave her a small smile and moved on. To be honest I'm not even too sure what kind of expression I would (or will, I don' know) give her. She seems to talk a lot, but pictures with open mouths seem awkward to me; that and teeth are a pain to draw.

teeth are a pain to draw. and i actually dont know why we had to draw the devil. it was a few weeks ago. i think it was when we were doig transcendentalism, maybe when we read the deil and tom walker. that would make sense, but honestly cant remember. now thats going to bug me . . . hmmmm ill have to ask someone in my class if they remembr.

I have a hard time drawing stuff that is perfectly identical.

As do I. I also have troubles drawing things the same way twice. For example, I've tried to draw Margi again, for getting a more Margi-esqe expression, but I'm having trouble even getting her face shaped the same way.

that happened to me when i drew the devil. it was perfect but i messed up when colorng it so i had to redo the whole thing. but i think it turned out better.

I'm getting excited for Passing Strange, since I finished Kiss of Life. I'm hoping we will still see plenty of Margi, you know after what her parents said. I honestly think her hilarity makes the series for me.

I bet Margi sticks out everywhere she goes, with pink hair and what not. Find people you know it hard in big places, you know what I mean? But I have a feeling if Margi was a friend of mine she'd be easy to spot or hear "there's pink spot! And there's her voice..." It would make social events in large places easier.

SHe reminds me of my friend, Viki Mashburn. Viki just cut her hair and dyed it black and neon pink. But she changes the color all the time. She had a gigantic chest that we always tease her about. She is very loud and I can see her being Margi acctually.

She does seem a lot like Margi, from what you say at least...but the real question is: does she misunderstand the awesomeness of the bass guitar, like Margi does?

If I knew Margi I'd explain to her how good the bass guitar is/how vital it is, but I digress, I too think it would be cool to know Margi.
