The books say that's what Pete knows, it never said that for sure.
It did say Pete took a picture somewhat matching a description on Dead Julie from his dream and put Karen's picture back on the wall. So I think BabyBear54 might be onto something. :] Maybe Julie is a zombie and her parents did what most do and abandon her. Then no one would know. We'll just have to wait for book 4.

I hope it's Julie! Here comes the sympathy boat for Peter! But ah, I don't think it will be....Maybe it's 'The Rev's little girl?!? No? Idk! We will all have to wait and see!
