The username colors represent the types of usergroups you're in. The usergroups are: Administrators, Moderators, Differently Biotic, Trads, Traditionally Biotic. Their colors are listed on the bottom of the home page.

Trads: Trads.
Differently Biotic: The lime green color that is different from the first shade.
Moderators: Mods.
Administrators: Admin.
